This is a great shot with perfect DOF and focus. What would really complete it is if you dropped it into photoshop and brought out the highlights and midtones a bit. The cucumber itself is just a little dark looking. I think with a bit of enhancements, you'd have a photo ready for a magazine or menu or something :)
